Viora Creamery offers fresh Vietnamese-style yogurt, yogurt bowls, single jars, 6-pack boxes, and related food products.
Because our products are fresh and perishable, customers are responsible for reviewing product details, ingredients, allergens, pickup times, delivery availability, and storage instructions before placing an order.
Product photos, descriptions, flavors, packaging, and availability may change at any time without notice.
3. Food Allergy and Ingredient Notice
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:

5. Preorders and Pickup
Some Viora Creamery products may be available through preorder or scheduled pickup.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct pickup date, time, and location. Because our products are fresh and perishable, missed pickup orders may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Delivery and Product Handling
If local delivery is available, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
After pickup or delivery, customers are responsible for keeping products refrigerated. Viora Creamery products should be stored cold and consumed by the recommended date.
We are not responsible for product quality issues caused by improper storage, delayed pickup, incorrect delivery information, or products left unrefrigerated after receipt.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Because our products are fresh, chilled, and perishable, all food items are generally final sale.
Returns, refunds, cancellations, replacements, and store credits are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery if there is an issue with the order, such as a damaged item, missing item, incorrect item, or product safety concern.
8. Subscriptions
If subscription options are available, customers are responsible for managing their subscription before the next order is processed.
Subscription orders may be modified, skipped, paused, or cancelled according to the subscription settings available at the time. Once a subscription order has been processed, prepared, fulfilled, or delivered, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless there is an issue caused by Viora Creamery.
9. Promotions, Discounts, and Free Items
Promotions, discount codes, free jar offers, samples, bonus items, and limited-time offers may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Free items, samples, and promotional products have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or replaced unless they were incorrect or damaged due to our mistake.
Discounts may not be combined unless clearly stated.
10. Jar Return or Deposit Program
If Viora Creamery offers a jar return, deposit, or loyalty program, participation is subject to the program rules shown at the time.
Returned jars must be empty, clean, and undamaged to qualify for any deposit credit, store credit, reward, or loyalty benefit. Broken, missing, heavily damaged, or contaminated jars may not qualify.
We reserve the right to update, pause, or discontinue any jar return or deposit program at any time.
