At Viora Creamery, our products are made fresh and must be kept cold for quality and food safety. Please review our pickup, delivery, and shipping policy before placing an order.
Local Pickup
Viora Creamery currently offers local pickup for preorder and fresh drop orders.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct pickup date, time, and location at checkout. Please pick up your order during your selected pickup window.
Because our yogurt is fresh and perishable, missed pickup orders may not be eligible for a refund. If you are unable to pick up your order on time, please contact us as soon as possible at:
We may offer a one-time reschedule or store credit when possible, but this is not guaranteed.
Local Delivery
If local delivery is available, customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
After delivery, customers are responsible for bringing the products inside and refrigerating them immediately. Viora Creamery is not responsible for product quality issues caused by incorrect delivery information, delayed retrieval, or products left unrefrigerated after delivery.
If there is a delivery issue caused by Viora Creamery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Refrigeration and Product Handling
Viora Creamery products are chilled perishable food items. After pickup or delivery, products should be refrigerated immediately.
For best quality and food safety:
- Keep products refrigerated
- Do not leave products at room temperature for an extended period
- Consume by the recommended date shown on the product
- Do not consume products if they appear damaged, unsafe, or improperly stored
Shipping Availability
At this time, Viora Creamery may not offer nationwide shipping for all products because our yogurt requires cold handling.
If shipping becomes available, orders may be packed with insulated packaging and cold packs to help maintain product quality during transit. Shipping availability, rates, delivery areas, and timelines may vary based on location, weather, carrier availability, and product type.
Shipping Times
If shipping is offered, estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside of our control.
Because our products are perishable, customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and refrigerating the products immediately after delivery.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct pickup, delivery, or shipping information at checkout.
Viora Creamery is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or spoiled due to incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery at:
